We sell our plants to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Outside of Hungary the shipping costs depend on the number of selected plants and the destination country, for more information please refer to the second part of the brochure, under section 1.2 INTERNATIONAL shipping conditions.

Plant sales outside the specified countries are not covered by our operating license.

 

1.1 Detailed information regarding shipping WITHIN HUNGARY:

Delivery deadline in Hungary

Dispatch: within 2-5 working days of order.

The selected courier service delivers the handed-over package within 1 day.

Shipping costs

The gross price of our bougainvilleas does not include delivery costs. We will inform you of the delivery charges before finalising the payment in the Cashier, in the order summary interface.

Delivery fees within Hungary

The stated shipping fees are valid until October 31, 2025.

Your order will be delivered by GLS or MPL Parcel Service between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on working days.

To ensure that live plants are delivered safely, we only provide home delivery options through GLS or MPL courier services. This is because live plants are specialized items that cannot be stored at parcel points or post offices without risking damage or harm. MPL courier service classifies live plants as "fragile" packages.

Delivery terms and conditions WITHIN HUNGARY

Courier will also notify you by e-mail and SMS when your package is dispatched and that it will be delivered the next working day.

You will also receive a notification on the morning of delivery, including the courier's phone number, the customer service phone number, and a 3-hour window for expected delivery.

Orders received Monday to Sunday of the current week will generally be posted the following week. As we deliver live plants, we exercise more caution than a traditional product. This caution also applies to the time of packing and dispatch of the parcel.

Orders are placed primarily on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for delivery by Friday.

We will not be responsible for the contents of the package or its condition if you are not at the delivery address or do not collect the package at the delivery time indicated by the carrier.

Please inspect the package without delay, in front of the courier at the time of delivery and, in the event of damage to the packaging, ask for the damage to be recorded. In the case of damage, you are not obliged to accept the package. If you do not inspect the package, you will be legally liable for the consequences (difficulty in proving the condition of the product).

If delivery of the parcel is unsuccessful the first time, GLS will make a second delivery attempt free of charge. The second delivery will be made no later than the fifth working day after the first delivery attempt. Since we are shipping live plants, please take extra care to be at the delivery address and pick up the package at the first delivery time. In the event of a missed pick-up, contact the courier immediately and ask for your package to be delivered at the earliest possible time. If you do not do this, we cannot take responsibility for the integrity of the package. A third delivery attempt is not possible, but the delivery will be considered complete.

In the event of a definitive failure to deliver the package for any reason, we will not be able to refund the value of the package or the freight charges.
